14 Day Shred
This plan is meant to burn fat quick! It is a strict plan for 14 days that includes some supplements (like vitamin C and protein shakes) to help incinerate fat and lean you out quickly. This plan is not meant to be a long term solution, but is able to be used up to three times in a row (with short break in between) before you need to give it a break for a few months. Awesome if you are getting ready for a special occasion, holiday , photo shoot or more.
